NOTARY SERVICES & FEES
Per Florida Law, the standard fee for General Notary Services there is $10 per fee per notarial act. Travel fees apply.
General Notarizations: $10

General Notarizations include, but are not limited to: Acknowledgements, Jurats, Promissory Notes, Bills of Sale, Affidavits, Identity Verification, Parental Consent Forms, etc.,
Remote Online Notarizations (RON): $45 & Up

Almost all documents that can be notarized in person can be performed remotely.

**The base fee of $45 includes one notarial stamp and use of the secure RON Platform. Each additional stamp in $15, up to a maximum of three stamps total. Please note: Fees are charged per notarial act. Per Florida Statutes, the state-set fee for Remote Online Notarizations is $25 per notarial act, which refers to each notary stamp.

Loan Signing Services: Per Loan Package

Fees start at $200 and may vary based on the loan packet requirements. These charges cover printing and scanning/faxing of documents, the number of signers, location, travel, and provision of a witness if necessary. Please get in touch with us to discuss the details of your loan signing requirements.

Estate Planning: $175 & Up

Fees start at $175, covering the notarization for one signer. Additional fees of $50 per extra signer apply, and travel fees will be assessed.
I-9 Verifications: $60 & Up

I-9 Verification Fees are per employee, as I-9 forms do not require notarizations and do not fall under the Florida fee statute. However, a Notary Public operates as an authorized representative and verify identification. Travel is an additional charge and not included in this fee.
Provided Witnesses: $30 & Up

There is a $30 fee per witness should they be provided by Wilkerson Notary Services, LLC. You are welcome to provide a witness of your own at no additional charge if the witness meets the conditions per the State of Florida and has valid identification. Please note that for estate planning signings, the fee per witness may exceed $30 depending on the complexity of the documents and the number of witnesses required.
