Marriage License Filing & Delivery

After the ceremony, the signed marriage license must be returned to the issuing Clerk of Court. The responsible party may return the license directly and will sign acknowledging delivery responsibility. For an additional filing fee, Wilkerson Notary Services can return the marriage license using tracked delivery. Officiant fees and filing services are separate.
