1. Scope of Apostille Services

Wilkerson Notary Services, LLC provides apostille courier and facilitation services only. We assist with document submission, tracking, and retrieval. We do not control or guarantee processing times, acceptance, or outcomes by the Florida Department of State, U.S. Department of State, embassies, or consulates.
2. Fees and Payment

All apostille service fees are due in advance. Fees become non-refundable once documents are received, reviewed, submitted, or courier services begin.
3. No Legal Advice

Wilkerson Notary Services, LLC does not provide legal advice, document drafting, or legal interpretation. Clients are responsible for ensuring documents meet all requirements of the receiving country.
4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide complete, accurate, and final documents. Any corrections, re-submissions, or additional trips required due to document errors may result in additional fees.
5. Processing and Delays

Processing times are determined solely by the receiving government agency. Wilkerson Notary Services, LLC is not responsible for delays, rejections, or changes in agency requirements.
6. Cancellations and Refunds

Once apostille processing or courier coordination has started, no refunds will be issued. Cancellations prior to processing may be refunded at our discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the apostille service. Wilkerson Notary Services, LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with venue in Leon County, Florida.
9. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting or proceeding with apostille services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
