Cuban Legalization Services
Fast & Reliable
Need Documents Legalized for Cuba? We Handle the Entire Process.
Cuban legalization requires a multi-step process through state and federal agencies plus the Cuban Embassy. Our team manages every step so your documents are accepted without delays or rejections.
Understanding the Process
What Is Cuban Legalization?
Unlike most countries, Cuba does not recognize apostilled documents. A more rigorous legalization process is required to validate your U.S. documents for use in Cuba.
Not Part of the Hague Convention
Cuba is not a member of the Hague Apostille Convention, which means apostilles are not accepted for Cuban legal matters.
Legalization Required
Instead of a simple apostille, documents must go through a full chain-of-custody legalization process ending at the Cuban Embassy.
Multi-Agency Authentication
Each document must be notarized, authenticated by the Secretary of State, certified by the U.S. Department of State, and legalized by the Cuban Embassy.
