Service Description
Do you need us to come to your location of choice? Our mobile notary services are available in Leon, Jefferson, Wakulla, Madison and Taylor counties. Mobile Notary Travel Fess apply and are due at the time of booking. Please click here for fees. As a reminder, please note that - If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment there will be no refund issued. If you or any other signers fail to pass the ID verification process, there will NOT be any refunds issued.
Cancellation Policy
All fees payable to Wilkerson Notary Services, LLC are due at the time of scheduling, whether booked online, via phone, or by emailed invoice. A deposit is required to secure your appointment: $35 for all standard notary services $50 for apostille services Deposits will be applied toward the total cost of your services. Once your documents have been reviewed or discussed, an invoice for the remaining balance will be sent. This balance must be paid in full prior to services being provided. Refund & Cancellation Policy If you cancel after payment is made, you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid. Cancellations made within two (2) hours of your scheduled appointment are non-refundable. No services will be rendered without full payment. Thank you for choosing Wilkerson Notary Services, LLC. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you. I also acknowledge that the mobile fee does not include notarization, which is $10 per stamp for up to five stamps. Any additional stamps required beyond five will be provided at no extra charge. By proceeding with payment, you confirm you have read and expressly agreed to fees and terms of our services.
